These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your use of the Adcorp Advertising (“Adcorp”, “we”, “us”) website and the printing, design and production services we provide. By using our website or placing an order, you agree to these Terms.
1. Quotes & orders
Quotes are provided based on the specifications you supply and are valid for the period stated. An order is confirmed once you approve the quote and any required payment or deposit is received. Changes to the specification after confirmation may affect pricing and turnaround.
2. Artwork & proofs
- You are responsible for ensuring supplied artwork is accurate and print-ready.
- We recommend reviewing and approving a proof before production; approved proofs are final.
- We are not liable for errors (such as typos or low-resolution images) present in approved files.
3. Colour & materials
We calibrate our equipment for accurate, consistent colour. Minor variation between screen and print, or between production runs, can occur and is considered acceptable within industry tolerances.
4. Turnaround & delivery
Estimated turnaround times begin after proof approval and payment. While we work hard to meet deadlines, delivery dates are estimates and may be affected by factors outside our control.
5. Payment
Payment terms are confirmed with your quote. We accept bank transfer, major credit and debit cards, and corporate accounts for approved business clients. Title to goods passes once payment is received in full.
6. Cancellations & refunds
Because most items are produced to order, cancellations may not be possible once production has begun. If a product is defective or does not match the approved proof, we will reprint or correct it. Please report any issues within a reasonable time of delivery.
7. Intellectual property
You confirm that you have the right to use any content, logos or images you supply. You retain ownership of your artwork; Adcorp retains ownership of any original design work until paid for in full.
8. Liability
To the extent permitted by law, our liability for any claim relating to a product or service is limited to the value of that product or service. We are not liable for indirect or consequential losses.
9. Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the United Arab Emirates. Any disputes will be subject to the jurisdiction of the courts of Abu Dhabi.
